To better achieve these initiatives, we are inviting selected clubs to participate in a study effort to be conducted by an independent consulting firm, CRI (www.criw.com). CRI has more than 40 years experience in assisting organizations with employee selection and development.

The study effort that we invite you to participate in consists of assessing club General Managers, Sales Managers and Sales staff to determine what Aptitudes and Behaviors the most successful performers in each job category have in common. The results of the assessments will be analyzed to derive success benchmarks for each job category that can be used to aid club management in the selection, training and development of employees in each category.

Participation in this study effort will provide invaluable information for future selection, training, and development of general managers, sales managers and sales staff.
