As a successful sales manager for a health club, you have been selected to participate in a study to determine
the common traits successful sales managers have in common. The Achiever assessment is the tool we have selected
to help us in this study effort. The Achiever assessment measures the mental aptitudes and personality traits
critical for success in sales management. By taking the Achiever assessment, you will assist your club management
in determining a benchmark of the common traits successful sales managers possess. This benchmark can then
provide a basis of comparison when selecting future applicants for sales manager openings as well as feedback
for training and development.
